Our family had a great time at this fantastic property.
Positive: The house was beautiful and convenient, close to my daughter's graduation.
It had everything you needed as if you were in your own home.
The owner allowed me to arrive earlier than check in after i requested it based on our arrival time to Fort Meyers.
Negative: I did not see all the rules until i arrived at the house and happen to note them. nothing crazy just no guest who was not listed could not come inside.

Our host along with the house we stayed in was very nice. They were very prompt in replies to our messages as well. The neighborhood was quite nice and in a wonderful location.
